Rural development still remain the core of the overall development of the country. With more than two-third of the country’s people are dependent on agriculture for their livelihood and one-third of rural India below the poverty line, it becomes important to ensure people have basic facilities to live a dignified life and improve their living conditions.
Helping Society Foundation intend to enhance the quality of life and financial well-being of individuals specifically living in the populated and remote areas. As part of our rural development programs and under our project DFW(Dignity For Work), we visited rural areas of Vikarabad, Tandur, Nagarkurnool, Adilabad, Asifabad, Kamareddy, Bhadradi kothagudem and Krishna districts. Our works include Canal and dam cleaning, construction of village bus stops, harvest pits, community hall, hut schools, libraries constructed with wood, kitchen gardening, cleaning the streets, roads and many more.
